Good questions. Clear answers.
Everything you need to know before taking the next step.
01Who can register?
Independent artists and record labels can register. All submissions remain subject to ownership checks, eligibility and an agreement.
02Does submission guarantee distribution?
No. Your release is reviewed before any delivery arrangement. Store acceptance, delivery timelines and monetization are not guaranteed.
03Which files should I upload?
Use WAV, FLAC or MP3 audio up to 50 MB per file, and JPEG or PNG cover art up to 8 MB. Upload clean, high-resolution artwork that you have rights to use. Larger masters can be arranged with support.
04Can I submit an album?
Yes. Add one metadata entry and one audio file per track. Singles support one track; EP and album submissions support up to 30 tracks.
05How are royalties handled?
When verified royalty statements are available, the team can add them to your account. Requesting a payment starts a review; this website does not execute transfers.
06Is YouTube CMS or Content ID access guaranteed?
No. Services depend on rights, eligibility and verified authorized partner arrangements. We do not claim official YouTube partnership.
07What does registration cost?
Creating an account does not establish a paid distribution agreement. Ask for a written quote and revenue-share terms before proceeding.
08Can I correct a submission?
Upload replacement files when a release is Pending or Corrections Requested. Use support for metadata corrections; the team can return the submission for updates.
